The Frontier 700 6x6 returns for the 2024 model year featuring the reliable and fuel-efficient Briggs and Stratton 23hp EFI engine. This model comes standard with factory-installed front and rear bearing extensions for added axle strength and easy snowplow mounting, a full-length skid plate, and a fuel-injected engine. The Frontier 700 6x6 features ITC (Instant Torque Clutch) that responds quicker than in previous model years and increases torque to the tires for better overall performance with or without tracks installed. An 8.5-gallon fuel tank increases range, full-motion chain tensioners reduce chain stretch, and led brake taillights. The engine is a Briggs and Stratton Vanguard 23hp EFI air-cooled engine mated to the Generation II Classic transmission in standard or HT 3.3 gear ratio. The model also features Argo APS steering that reduces driver fatigue and is much smoother to drive than older Argo models with left-hand drive. A new feature for 2024 is the (EAGS) Easy-Access Grease System which eliminates the need to reach to the front of the chassis and try to find the axle grease zerks. Zerks are now located on a remote easy access block right behind the firewall with hoses that lead directly to the bearings for quick and stress-free maintenance. The Frontier 700 6x6 rides on Argo 8" offset black steel rims mounted on 24x10-8 Argo XT115 mud and swim tires, this combination gives this machine great traction and best-in-class payload all while providing a water speed of 3.0 mph. The Frontier 700 6x6 is the perfect choice for those needing an affordable yet capable amphibious ATV that features the most requested options for increased vehicle protection and horsepower when traversing rugged off-road terrain. The ARGO Classic transmission is our simplest design and operates like a mechanical skid steer, which gives it incredible maneuverability. In order to provide vehicle steering, braking force is applied directly to the output of the appropriate side of the transmission based on operator steering input. In both high and low range, the Classic transmission provides zero-radius turns to get you in and around extreme terrain.

ARGO Progressive Steering (APS) with the Classic transmission achieves a smooth and comfortable drive experience to all XTVs in the Frontier Series.

ARGO PROGRESSIVE STEERING (APS)

APS is an innovation in the area of braking force application to the transmission steering differential. By adding a spring element between the handlebars and the brake system we achieved a progressive, dual-rate steering system. Steering events are now effortless with an increase of 4X wider range of steering motion, offering the smoothest turning available in an ARGO XTV.
